A Helix Flight Manufacturing Machine is capable of producing hollow helices by joining two helices together using Cant Angles that are positioned back-to-back to produce an open, continuous void between the two helices when they're joined together. This void can then be filled with either heating or cooling products/gels/liquids to maintain a required constant temperature for whatever material is being conveyed.

Helix Flight’s Blank Cut Design Manager (BCDM) software is an integral part of this complex production process; and with it... the definite delivery of a competitive advantage.
