Special formats applied in the design of Helices that require either internal legs to sit flush against the shaft, perimeter slots, or special-shaped notches (and an endless range of other unique, bespoke requirements like these) presents an almost limitless range of options for any manufacturing workshop that have our Helix Flight Forming machines and advanced technologies.

The ability to form these special-styled flights, including with Cant Angled Flights, or formed using special materials; or, even for part-revolution sections, clearly adds far greater scope, capability and the bonus of an increased speciality to any chosen or unique project when that need arises.
